How I can Help
We can all get stuck sometimes, or worse feel trapped at a particular time in our lives. Both feelings and thoughts can seem like we're going around in circles. It may be you've hit a difficult period in your life, or just want to talk to someone in confidence who understands and doesn't judge you for whatever might be going on in your life.
Asking for help can feel daunting, I understand, I have been there.
I can help. I have a firm belief that we all have the capacity for change or to move on given the right help and support, and a safe and trusted environment. I try my best to create this, guided by you I will walk with you to help explore, understand and offer you what you need at any given time.
